Integration of assembled high-efficiency energy stations

By actively implementing the national industrial transformation and upgrading strategy and responding to the sustainable development needs of carbon peaking and carbon neutrality, Hengtong is helping to build a green, low-carbon and sustainable circular economy by reducing carbon emissions in industrial enterprises and large public buildings through technological innovation of ultra-high efficiency integrated refrigeration systems.

The need for a super-efficient machine room

The average SCOP of more than 90% of server rooms in public buildings nationwide is around 2.5-3.5 throughout the year, which would yield more than 40% energy savings if calculated on the current efficient server room target5.

Conventional 1000 cooling ton plant room: cooling time April – October
Conventional old server room SCOP of 3 costs around $1.75 million for one year of operation
The cost of running a new general server room at SCOP 4 is around $1,131,500 for one year
At an SCOP of 5 for a high efficiency room, it costs around $1.05 million to run for a year
Annual savings of $700,000 in running costs

Specific solutions for integrated and efficient server rooms

The integration of energy and information into an interlinked, unified and coordinated system constitutes an integrated refrigeration system with high operational efficiency.
The system can be monitored remotely via a computer mobile phone.

The modular high-efficiency energy station is a change from the traditional construction method, where modules are pre-processed and transported to the construction site together with the equipment, through
Quick assembly of prefabricated construction parts with appropriate connections and easy maintenance.

Three-dimensional simulation, integrated layout

The 3D laser total station scanner was used to accurately scan and measure the structure and building of the plant room in all directions with an error of ±1mm. The software was used to measure various data for modelling according to the measured point cloud data to correct the model dimensions and ensure the accuracy of the BIM model.

Transport and distribution

According to the size of the assembly module and the layout of the site, the vehicle space is used to maximise the efficiency of shipment; the finished product is protected before shipment, and the components are packed at collision-worthy locations using stretch film and straw rope; finally, BIM technology is used to simulate the loading and transportation of prefabricated assembly units and prefabricated pipe sets, so that the prefabricated components are placed reasonably and the space of the transport vehicle is fully utilised to maximise the efficiency of transportation.
